About

100HI!
Welcoome to my blog! I’m TrippyBeth!
I want to share my budding photography hobby with you here, hopefully you’ll follow along and enjoy the photos.
My favorite subjects to photograph are cemeteries, but I’m branching out! I love architecture and want one of my branches to go in that direction…
I am searching for photo ops, fun, adventure and home…

  1. Cemeteries are a favorite of mine as well. Thanks for stopping by my blog and liking “Life and Death”! I’m looking forward to exploring your photos.

  2. Great locations, great colors! I love that you provide a little narrative and context for your photos, too. Keep up the great work!

  3. I find a similar fascination (and peace) in both cemeteries, abandoned buildings and urban decay. Keep up the good work!

    • Thanks Robert!
I have cemeteries in my sights for this weekend and next!
I get so excited its ridiculous 😉
      Good thing I’m single….

      • Beth,
Have a good go at it this weekend – unfortunately some of the great cemeteries here in New England have been victims of people cutting up the bronze statues for scrap. I’m going to look for one of the shots I took of a statue just before it was stolen, cut up and sold for scrap – as soon as I find it, I’ll post it on my blog. Excitement is a good thing!

      • I look forward to seeing it… I hope to travel up your way sometime soon and enjoy some of the cemeteries there!
This weekend is Greenlawn Cemetery in Columbus, on the way up to visit friends. Camera is charged, packed with an extra battery in tow… can’t wait to get on the road in the morning! Hopefully I’ll find some other things interesting to photograph as well!
