St. Anne’s Cemetery

Sitting gracefully behind St. Anne’s Convent in Melbourne KY, is one of the most beautiful little cemeteries that I’ve had the pleasure of visiting.

The beautiful crosses, in memorial to the nuns that have served their order faithfully, sit like flowers planted in loving rows, with their heads nodding to the mausoleum that sits in the rear of the cemetery, like the sun in the center of the universe.

The mausoleum is the final resting place of Bishop Brossart (http://brossart.heeschen.us/ferdinandusbrossart.htm).

Visit the cemetery when you can, Sister Elizabeth welcomes you.
